Since I was booking some great jobs with my hair getting more grey, I decided to keep the grey. As it got more grey I noticed that I was looking a bit washed out in front of a camera. Since my skin is also light, I thought it was giving me a bit of a pasty and almost sickly look.

I talked with a few agents and they suggested that I keep some of the grey but make my hair more brown. This will add a nice contrast to my skin tones. So, in this video you will see the transformation and how different I look.

It is essential that periodically you make an assessment of how you look. Do you need to make any changes or is your look working for you.

Don’t forget, if you do make any changes, make sure your photos reflect those changes.

If you simply can’t get the lines – try SINGING the lines. I have used this method a number of times. It works incredibly well. I won’t sing the entire script, but I use the singing method for a line or two that I can’t remember.

This technique really makes sense. There are so many songs that you know all of the words to. How does that happen? Honestly, I can’t explain it from a neurological point of view, but I can tell you that it does work.

So, when you get stuck, instead of getting angry, frustrated and ready to give up, instead, start singing the lines. The tune does not matter. Keep singing it and you will find the words start to easily flow out of your mouth.
