A woman I’d never met stopped me in the hallway while I was doing a voice-over job at a studio, and said, “Congratulations.” A week earlier, I’d been hired as an extra on a TV commercial for a healthcare system. I was seated way up in the balcony of a theater, about as far from the camera as you can get. What happened up there turned a $466.60 extra day into a principal role on a Union TV commercial.

IN THIS VIDEO YOU WILL LEARN:

✅ What happened on the set during the TV commercial shoot that changed my day
✅ How a background actor can be upgraded on a union commercial without saying a word
✅ The difference in pay between an extra and a principal
✅ The approach I took when I used to do extra work, and why

I LOVE HEARING FROM MY ACTING FAMILY ❤️
