This was my most tragic on-set movie experience and perhaps the worst one in my life.

Sometimes when actors are working on a film set, we forget that things can get very real and dangerous.

Decades ago I was working on a feature film. Unfortunately I watched a crew member
make a simple mistake that turned tragic. It was a very traumatic experience.
